Following what the Latins used to say, \"verba volant, carta manet,\" the evolution of word of mouth has been precisely that of writing a positive or negative comment following an experience.<\/p><p>The importance of this gesture is that one person's satisfaction or dissatisfaction can be read by thousands of users everywhere. A famous case in point is Trip Advisor: everyone uses the ratings people have given over time and relies on them to decide where to have a certain type of experience.<\/p><p>Even for a company, it is really important to receive feedback from both colleagues and customers to move toward continuous improvement. It is an important tool because it is generally based on honest and sincere opinions: people, in fact, decide to share their experiences if they have been pleasantly impressed, or if they have encountered major problems during the course of it. So the opinion of others becomes an important, and almost indispensable, element in making the best choice for the activity one wants to undergo.<\/p><p>Receiving feedback, both positive and negative, is also becoming more and more essential for companies: today there are a lot of constructive comments on social media about projects carried out by companies.<\/p><p>Red Apple International is also interested to know your opinion and impression on the works developed in the now 25 years of experience...
