The candidate should have experience in all activities involved in creating, defining maintaining and/or launching a brand, specifically:

Brand Identity, conceiving and developing even from scratch, a brand by defining its tone of voice and visual positioning, designing and developing graphic elements that can visually represent the brand identity.

The Creation and declination of Offline and Online Communication Tools. Example: creation of product brochures, company profiles, presentations and marketing materials, offline and digital advertising campaigns, web design.

A strong ability to integrate all multichannel communication tools with the intent of enhancing the brand's distinctive image in a long-term perspective as well is required.

It is required agency presence, no smart working.

SPECIFIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE JOB OFFER

What will be the required activities and responsibilities?

• Create, define, structure, and ensure consistency and solidity of brand identity. 
• Demonstrate excellent creative, problem solving and visual communication skills. 
• Design, evolve, create, and update layouts by taking care of every detail within brand guidelines and carefully selecting images consistent with the style
• Ability to create and define guidelines and formats for corporate and market events ensuring the ability to apply and scale them to each touch point (internal communication, social, trade show set-ups, etc.). 
• To know and stay up-to-date on major trends in graphic design with special attention also paid to the aesthetic/visual language of the most relevant social media. 
• Competently manage the content hierarchy, balancing graphic elements and strategic content while demonstrating interest and ability to assimilate corporate storytelling by applying it with consistency and coherence in various deliverables. 
• Lead projects independently by managing end-to-end tasks, meeting deadlines and brand communication style. 

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Proven experience in Graphic Design, preferably in a similar role for at least 4/5 years. 
• Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, XD) 
• Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal aptitude. 
• Portfolio demonstrating creative abilities and technical skills. 
• The ability to use Video Editing programs (preferably Adobe Premier Pro) and knowledge of the world of photography at the level of editing and post production to consolidate and raise brand standards are to be considered an added value. 
• Fair knowledge of the English language
